  • Orders
    • When will I receive my first issue?

      Once you've placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email from magazine.co.uk, usually within a few minutes (do check your Junk folder if you don't receive an email from 'no-reply@magazine.co.uk' within 24 hours). You will then typically receive another email/letter directly from the publisher within four weeks of placing your order confirming when your first issue will be delivered.You will typically receive your first issue within four to eight weeks of your order being placed.

      Please note that delivery time varies depending on the frequency of the magazine (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly). For weekly publications please allow two to four weeks for your first issue to arrive. For monthly publications allow four to six weeks (some publishers, such as Time Inc and National Geographic, have longer lead times which means your delivery could take longer too). Finally, for bi-monthly publications please allow six to eight weeks for your first delivery. Any free gift offered with your subscription will be dispatched and sent separately and will not arrive with the first issue of your subscription.

    • Can I send a magazine subscription as a gift?

      Yes. Simply tick the 'This is a gift' option when adding your chosen magazine to the basket.

      You can also choose from a variety of designs in our FREE Gift Card Creator to print or email a personalised message to send to the recipient of your gift subscription.

    • How do I renew my subscription?

      Please renew your subscription directly with the publisher. The relevant publisher customer service contact details can be found on your order confirmation email (in the Delivery Information section). Alternatively, you can search for the publisher contact details using the above search function.

    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      If your subscription is already active, please get in touch with the publisher. You will find their contact details on your order confirmation email (in the Delivery Information section), inside your magazine, and on the covering letters you will receive each month with the magazine. Alternatively, you can find the publisher contact details using the A-Z search function above.

      If your subscription was purchased recently then it may not be with the publisher yet and can be cancelled with us.

    • How much is delivery?

      Delivery is FREE on all subscriptions.

      Please note that delivery charges do apply on Single Issue and physical gift card purchases.

    • What is the delivery process?

      Once an order is placed these are supplied to the publisher or their subscription bureau who looks after the fulfilment and delivery of your subscription. They add you to the subscriber list for the first issue to be published after your order is processed, and handle the subscription from that point onwards. Typically this means that for a weekly or monthly title you will receive your first issue within 2 to 6 weeks. Thereafter you will receive new issues as they are released for the duration of your subscription, and usually before they are available in the shops.

      If you're ever concerned about a delivery you can contact the publisher. You will find their contact details on your confirmation email (in the Delivery Information section), using our Order Tracker, inside your magazine, or with the details received each month with the magazine. Alternatively, you can find the publisher contact details using the A-Z search function above.

    • How will you acknowledge my subscription?

      Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from magazine.co.uk, usually within a few minutes (do check your Junk folder for 'no-reply@magazine.co.uk' if you don't receive this email within 24 hours). You will typically then receive another email/letter directly from the publisher within four weeks confirming the order and telling you when you will receive your first issue.

    • How do I change my address?

      If your subscription is already active, please get in touch with the publisher.     • My magazine hasn't arrived! What do I do?

      Usually the first issue will be sent to you within four to eight weeks after your order is placed. The length of time depends on the frequency of the magazine (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly) and when the next issue is scheduled. If after eight weeks you still haven't received your magazine, we would advise contacting the publisher.

      To do this we recommend entering your order details into our Order Tracker, then clicking ‘I would like to contact someone about my subscription’. This will provide you with the most appropriate contact details, along with information that will help the publisher to identify your order.

      You can also find publisher contact details on your confirmation email, (in the Delivery Information section), inside your magazine, and also on the covering letters you'll receive each month with the magazine. Alternatively, you can find the publisher contact details using the A-Z search function above.

    • What issue will my subscription start with? Can I specify an issue?

      Your subscription will start with the next available issue after the publisher has processed your order.

      To find out your specific start issue, or if you have other questions about your order, please enter your details into our Order Tracker, then click ‘I would like to contact someone about my subscription’. This will provide you with the most appropriate contact details, along with information to help the publisher identify your order quickly.

    • I've received a discount code. How do I use it?
      1. Select the magazine subscription you want (non-Direct Debit subscription offers only)
      2. Enter your contact details for the subscription
      3. Enter the discount code in the promotional code box at the top of the payment page
      4. Confirm your payment details then the discount will appear in the checkout page

    • How can I pay for a subscription?

      At magazine.co.uk you can pay by Direct Debit, PayPal, debit and card (including American Express), gift cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. A few magazines featured on magazine.co.uk do not offer all payment options (this is determined by the publisher).

    • When will my direct debit be taken for my subscription?

      All direct debit payments are set up by the publishers and it may take up to four weeks for the bank to authorise the payments. If you have a query with regards to your direct debit, please use the Order Tracker to find out the status of your order then click ‘I would like to contact someone about my subscription’. This will provide you with the most appropriate contact details, along with information to help the publisher identify your order quickly.

    • Is it safe to purchase online?

      Yes, completely. Any information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology ensuring your details are safe and secure. We also meet the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) which was created to ensure organisations that process card payments prevent fraud.

    • Where will the magazines be sent from?

      All magazines are sent directly from the publisher's mailing house (not from magazine.co.uk).

    • Do you offer international delivery?

      We do offer an overseas delivery on some magazines featured on magazine.co.uk, but not all. Where we offer them, you will find prices listed in the International Delivery offers category.

    • Does the price of the subscription include delivery?

      Delivery is FREE on all subscriptions.

    • Can I send a magazine subscription as a gift?

      Yes, of course. Simply tick the 'This is a gift' option when you add your chosen magazine to the basket.

    • How do I create an e-card?

      With our FREE Gift Card Creator you can choose from a selection of great designs. Then you can either print or email a personalised message for the recipient of your gift subscription.

    • I've been given a magazine.co.uk Gift Card. How do I use it?

      You can redeem your Gift Card with any of our subscriptions that are not Direct Debit offers. You will be prompted at the checkout to enter the gift code. All of our terms and conditions can be found here.

    • My subscription includes a free gift. Who will it be sent to and when?

      Unless specified in the subscription offer itself, the free gift will be sent to the billing name and address. It will be dispatched and sent separately and will not arrive with the first issue of your subscription. Your gift may take up to 12 weeks to arrive – but it will be worth the wait!

    • When will my physical gift card be delivered?

      All gift card orders will be dispatched the next working day after your order is placed. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class - please refer to the Royal Mail website for delivery timescales.

    • When will my e-gift card be delivered?

      Your e-gift card will be emailed to your recipient at 8.30am on the date chosen at purchase, or sent immediately if you chose today's date for delivery. If your e-gift card recipient has not received their gift email by the date you selected, please double check which email address you sent the e-gift card to, and check with the recipient that it has not been delivered to their spam folder

    • How do I find a publication I'm looking for?

      You can use the search bar or the A-Z title finder just above. If you can't find the magazine you're looking for using either of these options, then we do not currently offer that magazine on the site. But please keep checking, we are always working hard to bring you more choices and continue to add new titles all the time.
